The short answer is that ignorance is bliss.

Dafuq?
I have a friend who built a town home, and he went by the site one day and caught the workers pissing on the plywood floors. He made them pull them up and replace them.

Looks like a science project. Or pee.

Pee, stagnant water, and what I hope to God is just a lot of phlegm.

Unfortunately not uncommon.

When you gotta go...

To be fair, that could have been done by the previous owner of any used home as well...

UGHHHHHHH

Wow, that's pretty messed up. Some of the pictures you post never cease to amaze me (although I shouldn't be surprised since my 16 year old house was put together pretty damn shody).

My place is about 2yrs old, built new. Bleached my kids tub. Also I bleached my jacuzzi tub and ran the jets a couple times before it got used it. Next owner should do the same.

you seem to work with some pretty shitty people.
![]() 04/13/2016 at 14:04 |

Yeah, you should do this for every new place you live in forever.

I really don’t want to be the shmuck that has to drain that.

Nah I’m all alone, I just walk in on a lot of fun things.

whats your relation to all these houses you post?
![]() 04/13/2016 at 14:46 |

This is why I want to learn to do most things myself if I ever enter the world of home ownership.....

I go door to door, harassing anyone in my way, and spread the Word of the Celica

for real tho, what is it that you do? If I ever walked into one of my projects and saw that i’d make sure they never stepped foot on another one of my projects again. I’d also tell the homeowner and let them do as they feel necessary with the builder to feel comfortable in that house.

Know that I am no one’s boss and the things I share on here scarcely involve me or my employer directly whatsoever. These are not mine, nor our, projects.
And you would never seek out a potential homeowner and tell them that people pissed in their new tub if it meant risking a substantial contract for your employer at worst, and at best, your own job.

way to be super vague on your position. I guess we have different relationships with the projects. Most of ours have owners already and the builder would be a separate entity. If they got fucked for stupidity it wouldn’t affect us.

NOT MY PROJECTS EITHER!
